FAQ

How long does it take my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS. If the Priority Shipping option is chosen, the order is processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority or Overnight with an expedited carrier. Holidays may cause shipping delays. All packages are shipped from Nutley, NJ and transit times will vary depending on the shipping destination.

For International shipments, please allow up to 1-2 weeks after shipment for your order to arrive. Delays in Customs is common and out of our control. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees including taxes and duties. Please make sure you are familiar with your Country's taxes and duties before placing your order.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes!!! We do indeed ship internationally.

How do your t-shirts fit?

Our t-shirts are a unisex cut. Unless stated otherwise 

How should I wash my garment?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

What happens if the items I've received are damaged or incorrect?

We are human so mistakes can be made, we do our very best to fix and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed any mistakes, please contact our customer service specialist Isa @ flykidzonly1@gmail.com. Please include your order# at all times when emailing.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return item?

In the case of an incorrect or damaged item made by our fault, we will cover the return shipping charges. However, if the return is made for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
